张荣，男，1990年12月生，2015年12月加入中国共产党，2020年毕业于中山大学数据科学与计算机学院，获该院计算数学博士学位和博士研究生学历。同年，7月份入职赣南师范大学。在赣南师范大学的1年半里，本人在思想上、工作上以及科研上都严格要求自己，并时刻反省自身。希望能尽快提升自身的各方面能力，达到21世纪优秀教师的标准。

本人政治信念坚定，能够正确地贯彻执行党的教育方针和各项方针政策，在大是大非面前立场坚定，旗帜鲜明。对习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想、党的历史、理论、会议精神及习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神进行认真的阅读，不断增强“四个意识”、坚定“四个自信”、做到“两个维护”。对党的教育方针和各项政策，也积极主动的参与学习。

本人现担任数学与应用数学2002班班主任，尽心尽责做好班级中每一项工作。工作过程中，始终本着“尊重、理解、关爱学生”的原则。本人在工作的1年半里，主要担任了公共课《线性代数》和《概率论与数理统计》的教学。在教学过程中，本人认真做好课前准备、课中讲解、课后反思。获得学生的高度认可，教学评价分达到95以上。
